Love yourself. Love your skin.
Becoming a mom again has put the importance of self-care at the forefront of my mind recently. In the first few weeks of welcoming my youngest daughter into the world, every hour of every day is spent towards caring for her, my 4 year old, and other family-related tasks. While I'm joyfully overwhelmed, I realize that now more than ever, I have to be intentional about self-care so that I can be at my best for my daughters.
One way I’m choosing to take care of me this month is to take better care of my skin, particularly my face. It has been a bit neglected long before giving birth in January and I’m ready to show it some love. Will you join me in my month-long journey to #LuvOnMySkin?
Here’s how we can treat our skin better together:
Choose 3 things you want to do consistently this month to take better care of your face. It’s as simple as that. Take a picture now and at the end of the month after you’ve followed through on your commitments and see what loving on your skin a bit more can do.
Overall, I believe simplicity and consistency is best for my skin. As long as I cleanse, tone, and lock in moisture with my Moisturizing & Brightening Facial Glow Oil, I’m good. However, I know there are a few things that I should be doing, but don’t do nearly enough that would take my skin to the next level.
